I had not made one in a while and even though it is really hot outside I made a supper full of Fall’s bounty, roasted pork loin marinated with apples. onions, grey poupon and spices, mashed sweet potatoes and apple stuffing, we enjoyed it in the comfort of our a/c it was delish!
